Our ground-mounted solar farm at Leicestershire Police's Enderby headquarters was energised on 30 April 2025, generating 931.7 kWh on its first day. Delivered inside a live, security-sensitive 24/7 estate without a single interruption to operations, the scheme is forecast to save the force £63,525 in its first year and generate the equivalent of £2.1m of energy over 25 years, all consumed on site.

The scheme cuts the estate's carbon footprint while insulating the force from volatile energy costs, and was delivered with pre-vetted labour and tightly controlled logistics to suit restricted access.

Following the September 2023 closure of the former Blackpool Road store, we converted the building to the incoming retailer's standards on a fixed programme with zero float. Strip-out, structural alterations, full M&E and sprinkler reconfiguration, shopfitting and rebranding were all coordinated so the store reopened on the committed date, with neighbouring units trading throughout.
