We buy trades and materials close to the site wherever the programme allows, keeping money and jobs in the community hosting the works.
Apprenticeships and training
Every long-running project carries a training commitment, from site experience weeks to supported apprentice placements with our subcontractors.
Considerate site conduct
Neighbour notices, agreed working hours, controlled deliveries and clean boundaries. Occupied buildings and adjoining businesses keep operating.
Community contribution
Surplus materials, plant time and labour offered to schools, charities and community groups near the sites we run.

Mains power over generators, low-emission plant, consolidated deliveries and refurbishment before demolition wherever the brief allows.
Waste diverted from landfill
Segregated waste streams on every site, with recovery figures reported to you as part of monthly progress reporting.
Renewables and energy retrofit
Solar PV, LED and controls upgrades, fabric improvements and grid interface works to cut running costs across an operational estate.
Whole-life thinking
Specification advice at design stage on the running cost and maintenance burden of what gets built, not just the capital cost.
Our Enderby solar farm is the clearest example: energy generated and consumed on site, a forecast first-year saving of £63,525 and installation cost recouped within five years.
